ETHA Moxa Course

We filmed 3 classes that we wanted to offer for free as a way to offer solutions for self care in honor of MK Sastry, an Indian acupuncturist who spends his life helping thousands of people, but has no time to take care of himself. The third class is our Moxa class. We approach this technique differently from what you may have experienced from your chiropractor, physical therapist or even your acupuncturist!

This class is exactly how we teach in ETHA! We take a very uncomplicated approach to Asian Medicine to allow you to utilize what you learned immediately.
